My name is Hero, and I… thought writing a bio would be easier than this.

I guess the basics are a good place to start? I’m married with two children, and I love the Lord Jesus. Professionally, I do editorial work for a nonprofit organization. I’ve been writing creatively for as long as I can remember, but I’ve only recently begun trying to get my work published.

I enjoy writing as a hobby, too; things that I wouldn’t expect to see published. Feel free to browse my Substack or Instagram for some insights into that. I tend to write lighthearted, whimsical things.

I’m also an avid reader. I enjoy clean romance and murder. I’m a sucker for plot twists, unexpected character arcs, insightful commentary, and clever wordplay. And I absolutely insist on happily ever afters.
